In simple words, detox water is flavored water. It is infused with juices of natural ingredients that ultimately boost the health benefits of water.

The ingredients used are generally raw and are left in water for at least 10-12 hours. It generally depends on the purpose of the detox water to decide what ingredients to use.

Water- 1 liter

Lemons – 2 Large

Cucumber – 1 medium-sized

Ginger – 1 small chunk

Mint leaves – Handful (10-15 leaves)

(Ginger not added in this Pin, but you should add)

Cut the lemons and cucumbers in rough circles.

Crush the mint leaves between your palms (no need to chop)

Cut large chunks of ginger (do not finely chop)

Add all the ingredients in the water stored in a bottle with a large opening. Let it sit overnight.

You may strain it in the morning or let the ingredients sit peacefully✌.

This infused water for weight loss is the easiest and cheapest to make. Since cucumber and lemons are anyways the perfect combinations to shed fat, it’s the perfect detox water to begin with.

2. Chia Water

Water- 1 liter

Chia seeds – 2-3 tablespoons

Lemon – 1 large

Mint leaves – 5-10

Cut the lemons in rough circles

Crush the mint leaves between your palms

Add both the ingredients in the water stored in a bottle with a large opening. Let this infused water sit overnight to allow the chia seeds to swell.

I can’t say enough about chia seeds. These are great for weight loss and they also keep you cool throughout the day. This infused water is also a perfect summer drink.

Make sure that you do not strain this water. Swallow the chia seeds with water. However, you may pull out the mint leaves and lemon if you need to.

3. Instant green tea and apple cider water

Water- 1 liter

Green tea – 3 bags

Apple cider vinegar – 1.5 tablespoons

Honey – 2 tablespoons (as per taste)

Boil water and turn off the heat. Add honey and place the green tea bags in the water and leave for 15 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and let this concoction cool down to room temperature. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir well.

Fill up your bottle and start chugging.

This is the most instant detox water and it’s perfect if you’re too anxious to wait for hours and nights.

Plus, it’s super effective at burning fat, boosting metabolism, and losing weight. You can use it as soon as it’s done and start feeling good.

Water- 1 liter

Mint leaves – 3-5

Water- 1 liter

Lemon – 1 large

Grapefruit – 1 medium

Pomegranate seeds – 3-4 tablespoons

Pineapple – 4-5 medium-sized chunks

Watermelon – 4-5 medium-sized chunks

Strawberries (or any berries of your choice) – 3-5 whole

Cut the lemons and berries into rough circles.

Add all the ingredients to the water in a bottle with a large opening. Leave it for 8-10 hours.

You may choose any berry of your choice or, why not put all the berries?!🤩

This detox water is the tastiest, healthiest, and most addictive. This may involve quite many ingredients but they are alllll worth it.

It’s filled with antioxidants and flavors. You may choose to add more of your favorite things like honey or chia seeds. Similarly, you may also remove a few ingredients if you don’t have any.
